Thank you for shopping with Sneaker Heads! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout South Africa via our trusted courier partner, Aramex.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat shipping rate of R90 per order, nationwide.

Delivery Times

Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days from the date your order is processed.

Please note:

• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Deliveries to outlying or remote areas may take slightly longer.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, we'll get it packed and handed over to Aramex as quickly as possible. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way on the Aramex tracking portal.

Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout. Aramex will contact you on the number provided to arrange delivery. If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details or repeated unavailability, additional delivery fees may apply.

Delays

While we and Aramex do everything we can to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, strikes, or courier network delays). If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll follow up with Aramex on your behalf.
